Purpose: The mission of the ministry is to walk believers through the process of becoming a committed follower of Jesus Christ.

Description: The ministry is a 24-month, comprehensive strategic plan designed to walk Christians through a process of becoming true followers of Jesus Christ and prepare them to disciple others. This process includes completing growth courses and a group development process.

Commitment: Dedication, sincerity and willingness to work with others.

SHAPE: Pastoring/Shepherding, Teaching, Administration, Prayer, Discernment, Exhortation, Encouragement, Helps, Servant-Leadership, Knowledge, Wisdom, Mercy, Faith, Interviewing, and Counseling.

The Discipleship Ministry Needs: Shepherd Leaders, Apprentice Leaders, Discipleship Shepherd Coaches, Discipleship Servant Leader, and Communications Coordinator.
