Understanding and application of scripture is fundamental in participating in or guiding the growth of others.

Do teachers model growth, humility, and discipleship?
Are learners asked to reflect upon how will they share what they have learned?
Are structures in place to encourage and guide learners into more structured teaching roles, service, and/or deeper learning and commitment?
