Ministry Purpose: The New Salem After Care Program isa designed to provide 12 month ministry to those who are experiencing grief. A variety of methods will be used to communicate a spirit of caring such as letters, post cards, e-mails and personal calls.

Commitment: Completion of 101. An one-year commitment and a passion to serve others.

SHAPE: Praying, Encouragement, empowerment, Servant leadership, Hospitality, Praise, Shepherding, Exhortation, Love, Faith, Compassion, Organization and Prayer.

Expertise and Experience Needed: Callers, Visitation Ministers (Male and Female), Communications Coordinator, Activities/Events Coordinator, and Ministry Assistant.
