On behalf of the Ministry Team, I want to thank you for exploring the ministry department. Our goal is to help you and your CARE group reach your full potential by serving beyond yourself.
We reach our goal by empowering every member of the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church family to decide to begin serving and to take the time to discover their God-given SHAPE and how to best direct this SHAPE for God’s glory. In addition, we strive to empower every small group to recognize the ministry needs within their group as well as realize their strengths as a group so that they can respond to ministry opportunities together.
